Private/Group Yoga
Service Description
Together we will customize your group yoga class to include a theme, yoga flow, mediation, and sound healing. Vinyasa also known as "flow yoga" is a integration of breath and movement. We will move through a sequence of postures connecting them with breath like a dance. Vinyasa is a whole body experience that can be applied to the whole life through the consciousness both on and off the mat. Private session $90 ($10 each additional person)
Cancellation Policy
Yoga Therapy, Reiki, and Private session Cancellation: Payment and intake forms must be received at least 48 hours before the session; otherwise the session will be cancelled, as I will need adequate time to review, assess, and design a protocol. No refunds will be made for cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment. If you have to cancel a session, call/text us at least 72-48 hours before your appointment to get a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee) or to reschedule.
