Service Description
EssentialYoga workshop allows you to weave dōTERRA essential oils into your yoga practice to deepen and expand your yoga experience in new dimensions with just a few powerful, healing drops. You will come to learn and sense which oils can help you calm, energize and lift mood, take in your deepest breath, and connect you with your innermost thoughts. This workshop is adaptable to suit a variety of yoga experiences and abilities. **Please inform I Am Yoga of any sensitivities or allergies** 20 people maximum
Cancellation Policy
Yoga Therapy, Reiki, and Private session Cancellation: Payment and intake forms must be received at least 48 hours before the session; otherwise the session will be cancelled, as I will need adequate time to review, assess, and design a protocol. No refunds will be made for cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment. If you have to cancel a session, call/text us at least 72-48 hours before your appointment to get a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee) or to reschedule.
